Fees and other charges will be charged as per guidelines of Rajasthan Technical University, University of Rajasthan and University of Health Sciences. The detail of the present fees structure is as under:

Cost of the Information Bulletin and Admission Form :
The information bulletin along with admission form is available on payment of Rs. 500.00 on all working days between 09.00 A.M to 03.00 P.M. from the reception of the College, information bulletin and admission form can also be obtained by registered post on payment of Rs. 600.00 (Rs. One hundred is the cost of mail) by sending Pay order / Demand Draft in favour of Siddhi Vinayak Engineering, Alwar-301001 (Phone 0144-2881888, 2881777, 2881444, 3295489, 09352650101, Fax : 0144-2881300). The amount once remitted for ‘Information bulletin and admission form’ shall not be refunded under any circumstances and College authorities will not be responsible for the delay, loss or damage, if any, during the transit of the same. The cost of Information Bulletin includes the cost of two Identity Cards and all other certificates attestation plus attestation of Undertaking etc.
Fees and Other Charges :
1. The tuition fees will be charged as prescribed by the concerned University.
2. A refundable security amount as prescribed by the concerned University will be taken at the time of admission, the security amount will be refunded after completion of duration of course and after obtaining NOC from the Library In-charge, Laboratories In-charge and Games In charge duly confirmed by the Director / Principal of the Institute.
3. A refundable security amount of Rs. 10000.00 ( Rs. Ten Thousand only ) will be taken at the time of admission towards Hostel Security Account. The Hostel Security is refundable after completion of the course or earlier as the case may be. The cost of any damages in the Hostel building or any gadgets will be recovered from the security account. In case cost of damages is higher than the security amount, the College leaving certificate will be issued on clearance of any amount due against the student.
The Tuition fees and other charges mentioned in the information bulletin may be revised by Govt. at any time without notice. In such event of revision of Tuition fees and other charges, all the enrolled students will have to pay the revised Tuition fees and other charges.
Tuition fees and other charges can be paid by Cash / A/c payees Cheque / P.O. / D.D. at the time of admission.
The fees paid at the time of admission or during the course are refundable / not refundable as per the rules of Rajasthan Technical University / University of Rajasthan / AICTE. In case of vacant seats are filled, the fees will be refunded as per the guidelines issued by above mentioned Universities and AICTE.
All Tuition fees and other charges will have to be paid before the due date to avoid penalty of Rs. 20.00 per day till the last day of the month in which dues are payable. If the fees are not paid till the last date of payment (including days in which fees can be paid with penalty) the name of the defaulting student will be removed from the rolls of the College without any information.
The Principal can allow re-admission to any such student subject to payment of re-admission charges plus all the dues including late fee fine upto the date of re-admission. The re-admission will be allowed as per the rules & charges approved by concerned University / Govt. Deptt.
Payment of Fines and Dues:
The student will have to pay on demand any fine(s) imposed on them or the cost of any damage to equipment or other property of the College or loss of library books. Failure to do so, the same will be deducted from the caution money. If the cost of damages is in excess of the amount of caution money, the students on demand by the Accounts Branch shall deposit the balance; failure to do so may result in the removal of the student name from the College rolls. The student will have to clear all College dues before they are permitted to appear in the promotional / final examinations, if any students fails to clear the dues, their admit cards, provisional certificates, degree/ diploma will be withheld. Once admit cards, provisional certificates, degree/diploma is withheld for any reason, the students will have to pay the 12% interest on delayed payment or Rs. 1000.00 penalty whichever is higher..
